Ordering information
Placing your order
You can place your order by sending an email, with the name(s) of the items that you would like to order. You will receive an eamil with an overview of the order and the payment instructions. The ordered items are sent to you within one week after the payment was received. The time and date of delivery depends on the postal service.
Shipping
All bead patterns are sent by email without any extra shipping costs.
All jewelry will be sent via the dutch postal service TNT. The shipping costs are:

| Outside europe | 9 euro per order (priority, package has to be signed for) |
All items are packaged well using bubble foil to prevent shipment damage. The items will be brought to the postal service personally. Ordering is at your own risk, I will not take responsibilty for damaging or loss of ordered items due to the postal service.
Not satisfied? Refund is possible!
It can be hard to select jewelry on the internet. I try to make my photographs as close to reality as possible. But still it is possible that jewelry lookos different in real life than you expected when you saw it on the internet. For example the colour is just a little different or the jewelry is a bit shorter or longer than you expected.
Therefore it is possible to return the received jewelry. In that case, notify me as soon as the jewelry arrived. Then the item(s) have to be returned within the time, listed in the table below. After the jewelry is returned, the costs of the items will be refunded, with exception of the shipping costs.
If the item to be returned is not received back within the time stated below, refunding is not possible.

Taking care of your jewelry
Below are some important tips for taking good care of your jewelry:
- Keep the jewelry dry,by taking them off before taking a shower or swimming.
- Keep the jewelry away from pulling forces. So take them off before sporting, and prevent little children pulling.
- Silver and silver plated parts can get silver stains. This process of erosion is accelerated by influence of air, humidity and contact with the skin. You can prevent silver erosion by putting the juwelry back in a box or in an airtight storage after wearing it.
- A lot of jewelry on this website is sewed with thin sewing thread. Therefore they are very vulnerable. Try to avoid contact with sharp objects at any time.
Warranty
For creating jewelry I use high quality parts. And if you take good care of your jewelry with the tips above, the jewelry will be beautiful a long time.
Nonetheless it is possible that a jewel or a part of a jewel contains a production error. For example a clasp breaks or a crimp bead was not crimped tight enough.
If this happens within 2 months after purchase, please contact me. In some issues the problem can be easily overcome and the jewelry can be fixed without extra cost.
If however the jewelry is damaged by bad treatment (pulling forces, etc) than I can still fix it, but then the I will send an invoice before fixing.
Silver and silverplated jewelry are subject to erosion. I can give no warranty for discoloured or eroded parts. Silver erosion can be polished off with a special silver cloth.
Special requests
If you see a necklace or bracelet on this website but would like to have it adapted a little, for example another colour, gemstone or length. Or if you have a design for a jewel in mind that you would like me to create for you:
Please send your request by email, as detailed as possible. I will let you know if the design is possible and what the costs will be.
When adapting an existing piece of jewelry on request, a small payment has to be made in advance, depending on the kind of adjustment, without any further obligations. When the requested jewelry is finished, I will send some ditigal photos, upon which you can decide whether or not to buy the jewelry.
